Felafel and Halloumi Salad

Slices of grilled Cypriot cheese combined with chickpeas and broad beans fritters served on bed of crunchy mixed salad drizzled with sweet chilli sauce and pomegranate dressing, topped with pomegranate seeds and pinch of parsley.
